What can affect my warranty?

• Failure to re-treat the external cladding boards to help prevent water ingress.
• Failure to keep the timbers from direct contact with the ground.

Remember, pressure treatment prevents rot and decay, but can not 100% ensure the structure is waterproof, hence the requirement for annual treatment. Treatment on an annual basis ensures compliance with warranty restrictions, but has the added benefit of maintaining the aesthetic appeal of your newly purchased timber structure.

What warranty will I receive with my purchase?

All timbers receive a 10 year warranty against rot and decay (subject to annual treatment). We only utilise stainless steel fixings to secure our cladding boards to the internal framing.
