Fully insulated, with internal boarding and flooring, and all necessary electrics included, they’re a blank canvas for you to make your own. Choose to add a comfortable sofa or reading table to grab some quiet you-time or install the equipment you need to run your business, from office furniture to therapy tables.

Upgrade the look with bespoke additions including striking vertical feature boards at the front, a full-height fixed-glazed panel to the rear, and robust aluminium doors and windows.

Pods for cosy camping

Our buildings work especially well as glamping pods or occasional accommodation, offering site owners year-round occupancy and an excellent return on investment.

The well-insulated pods give your guests the chance to connect with nature without compromising on comfort. Clad in sustainable pressure-treated timber with a breathable liner they stay cosy whatever the weather, making them the perfect bijou bolthole.

Ideal as a garden office

A pod makes an ideal garden office – peaceful and private, it’s the perfect place to get your head down and focus when working from home.

With all the necessities, plenty of sockets and LED downlights providing good lighting, the spacious interior allows for multiple layouts depending on your needs. Place your desk against the back wall and spend your days looking out over the landscape as well as at your laptop.

Every effort is made to adhere to the delivery times for our range of products but often where there is high seasonal demand these may alter, please see schedule below for typical lead times.

Timber Pods – up to 8 week lead time.

• Our pods will arrive on a 32 ton rigid axel lorry that has a lorry-mounted Hiab crane.
• Our pods arrive fully assembled and are subject to the unloading criteria listed below.
• Other than main highways we can only drive on hard landscaped or tarmac site roads.
  • We can not drive on grass or paddocks irrespective of the ground conditions.
  • The reach of the crane is limited to 6m radii from the centre of the delivery vehicle.
  • Deliveries and positioning more than 6m from the centre of the delivery vehicle will be subject to additional charges if required by the client.
  • We must be positioned off the highway to commence the unloading operation.

All our products are individually handcrafted by our specialist team and orders are processed and placed into production once any client specific items have been agreed.

Your pods will be delivered to your site by our external hauliers who have the lifting plans and certificated lifting chains and straps to complete this in a safe manner.

• As a natural product your timber could twist, split, and bend under the changing seasonal conditions, this is nothing to worry about and only adds to the uniqueness of your structure and the structural integrity is in no way adversely affected.
• We recommend that you treat your timber structure annually with an appropriate timber preservative that can be obtained from any recognised DIY chain, this will ensure the timbers have maximum protection and they will look great too.

If you need to relocate your pods, you should seek professional advice from a recognised lift specialist or crane company, and it is a legal requirement to have an Appointed Person in control of any lifting operations.
